- 1st swift has an engraved steel roll with mechanical pressure and driven by independent motor-reductor with inverter for speed variation, blade and counter blade to accure the opening of the material towards the pinned swift, pinned swift with round pins set on 16 heavy duty aluminium lags set on a heavyduty steel 500 mm diam. cylinder drived by a 22 kw AC motor, 2 opening regulation units for cleaning up the teared and non teared material, condenser to taking out the dust produced during the tearing operation with an exhauster fan driven by 3 KW AC motor, dust take up pipe. Emergency disk brake by pneumatic pressure, to assure inmediate brake of main cylinder
